Extrusion system
Parts Description: Extrusion system uses reciprocating storage
chamber, twisted material power coupled with low-speed high-torque
hydraulic motor, energy-saving effect is significant.Length to
diameter ratio of 25: 1 screw. Screw and cylinder material using
high-quality nitriding steel, surface nitriding treatment, greatly
improve the wear resistance of screw and barrel and life. Extrusion
of the heating system using imported automatic temperature
controller, temperature control accuracy can be controlled at ± 1
℃. Extrusion heating using cast aluminum heater, cast aluminum
heater is equipped with a cooling fan, so that processing
temperature setting range is guaranteed. The hopper seat is
connected with circulating water cooling, which is convenient for
controlling the temperature of the inlet. Extruder platform with
automatic lifting device, can easily adjust the height of the die,
the best length to achieve waste side. Extruder platform is also
